Refund policy

NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
Unopened new games and accessories may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days.
Opened items will only be accepted for current trade-in value
Used games, console and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.  
Defective games can be returned for replacement or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
